Trailblazer

Overview

Trailblazer is an AI adoption programme for professional services firms, run as a peer group of up to eight firms. Each firm sends a leader and a doer, and changes one real workflow every quarter, measured before and after. It costs $950 + GST a month for your first Trailblazer and $550 + GST a month for a second.

How each quarter runs

1. Commit - a full day in person: last quarter's results, what's new and safe in AI, and each firm picks its next workflow
2. Build - a two-hour online group session, a coaching session for each firm, and a technical drop-in
3. Prove - a two-hour online session to re-measure against the baseline, plus a technical drop-in

What's included

• Peer accountability across firms, never alongside a direct competitor
• Coaching on the people and change side, led by Jennifer
• Technical drop-ins and in-person sessions with Mike
• Around 40 hours of structured learning a year, including an annual ethics module on AI and client confidentiality

Who it is for

Firms whose challenge is getting their people to change how they work: the leader who can approve the change, and the person who does the work.

Pricing

The programme costs $950 NZD + GST a month for your first Trailblazer. A second Trailblazer from the same firm costs $550 + GST a month. Membership is rolling, and firms join at the start of a quarter.

Common questions

How is this different from an AI course?

A course teaches individuals. Trailblazer changes how a team works, with a leader accountable for one measured workflow each quarter.

Can one person attend on their own?

Yes, with a named sponsor in the firm who joins the quarterly results session.

Does it count towards CPD?

Members receive attendance certificates for around 40 hours of structured learning a year. Check your professional body's rules for how it counts.
